My 11 year old and I stayed at 'Joy' for three nights and it was lovely. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed - great shower!! We also had a nice view of Florence from our window. Breakfast was yummy and had a great selection and plenty of it - it set us up really well for the day. The breakfast staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel is just across the road from the train station but our room was lovely and quiet. It's also very close to the city and all the sites - nothing was more than 20 mins away - and walking though Florence is just lovely. Google maps say much longer than it actually was to anywhere. The Duomo was about 10 mins and the Uffizi 15. There is a little supermarket just around the corner for snacks and bits that we needed. This Hotel is small and cosy, I would like to thank Christian, Ambra and Giaaa (sorry if spelt wrong!) for all their help with my questions and suggesting places to eat. And for putting up with my really bad attempt at Italian!! They really do go out of their way to help. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again as I would love to return to Florence to see all the bits we missed. Thank you Hotel Joy xxx

Super hotsl at a lokation. Super central and very quite as well. The nicest personall and super great cleaning. They kept making up the bed and bringing brand new cups, soap, towels and toiletpapir and all even though we didn't put the cleaning sign up and tried to make it clear (through the sign and specially assigned hangers) that we didn't need new stuff sins the 'old' was either unused or barely used..And we got a handwritten note with free stuff like cofee and pasta. So that is really going above and beyond! They also had tnd the best kindest service in thebar. Thank you Alex for being so kind. . The location made the trip 1000% better cause we could get home with shopping/to use the toilet or change so easily. Bonustip: Eat at the places between the hotel and the river (south) They had the best local restaurants and AMAZING bakeries.

Room was amazing. Loved the decor and it was super clean. Breakfast was amazing. Kavinash the breakfast staff supervisor was lovely and helpful. The complimentary note and chocolates on the pillows were a nice touch and so were the complimentary cake and coffee. When our AC was giving trouble, a staff member came to sort it out immediately and another staff member came up to double check that all was sorted. Very pleased with the service here. We also want to thank Amber and Erikson - two very lovely and super helpful staff members of the hotel. Thank you so much Hotel C-Joy for your amazing hospitality! We would definitely come again and also recommend your hotel to friends and family :-)

Everything in the hotel was excellent, from the accommodation and breakfast to the staff. The hotel is very well located in relation to the city center, so you don’t need to use public transport at all. Also, the train station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is great if you’re arriving in Florence by train. Daniel was extremely helpful and kind, patiently answering all our questions. The other reception staff, whose names I unfortunately didn’t remember, were also very pleasant and accommodating. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our accommodation at C-Hotels Joy started with a warm welcome at reception desk, followed by a very clean and comfortable room. It was really lovely finding a welcome note from the hotel management on the bed when we enter the room. The breakfast at the hotel was rich and versatile, so that one could find something tasty for themselves. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Last but not least, the hotel was very close to train station, however it was peace and quiet all the time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend c-hotels Joy to everyone.
